Great location
I found the bed to be way too hard for my comfort level, website indicates a shower/tub and they do not have tubs, very noisy street but only during the day. Great wi-fi, tv, and a/c.

Clean room, 20-30 minutes walk to Sanur beach
Overall ok. The biggest challenge was finding the customer support staff who is usually not around specially in the evenings. Have to locate them each time or search them around to get any help such as wifi password etc. Parking space available max for 2 cars. So I parked my car outside on street which is also ok for me.

I really wonder if that place can be called a hotel... No one was there for us, no one spoke any English. Our room was next to the road and quite loud... The location is ok, but you have to cross a huge road to get to Sanur's Main Street by foot. I wouldn't recommend to stay there.
