Everyone (staff) was friendly, however there were at least two times when I/we had to wait for the front desk agent to return to assist us with questions or concerns. When I checked out early this morning (around 1 am), I literally had to wait at least 15 mins to check out, although I prepaid for everything. The person assisting me said he was new and still learning the process.

Pull out sofa and sitting area had bodily fluids on the cushion and was clearly not changed of sheets. The space was large and comfortable other than the bodily fluids on the cushions of the couch

We didnt like that they had the hot tub clised down they should tell you begore you book a room we always look forward to a hot tub one reson why we stayed with yiu guys to find out it was closed down

The bath tub faucet continued to leak leaving the room humid and management appeared to be aware of existing issue. Internet not working so I had to use my personal hot spot. Otherwise, relatively pleasant stay considering we used the room mainly for sleep.

This property was located close to I-25, so leaving the next morning was easy. The down side, was that I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a day of traveling. But it was down being worked on. If I had known that prior to booking my room, I would have booked at another hotel.

Needs major upkeep
Evacuated from hurricane Milton. Got here after being up 36+ hours and 22 of them being travel time so we just wanted to shower and sleep. Could not get the shower on and called 3 times before someone came up. Something disgusting on the curtains, drawer that kept opening, and just really needs overall updating. I would give 5 stars to the lamp that was a nightlight and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I would not stay here again.

Hotel needs TLC
Hotel is showing its age and the rooms need some TLC. The biggest issue was that the heater thermostat was not working well. Set at 71, the room was cold. Set to 72, it just kept running making the room unbearably hot. Other issues with the rooms: the usb outlets did not work reliably, the bathtub was dirty, the tissue paper holder was broken, there were cracks in the walls, the faucet hot & cold supply lines were reversed, there was trash under the couch, the comforter/blanket is very thin, the tv remote was missing the battery cover (tape was used to keep the batteries in). Also, the hot tub was closed (until November) which was one of the big reasons I booked this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights and requested housekeeping and didnt get the service. I requested another day and still no service. The 3rd nite is policy for housekeeping to attend to the room but still requested and they showed up up on the 3rd day.

Great service with the front desk! House keeping was quiet and nice. Eggs were rubbery, waffles were AMAZING!! We had to switch rooms due to a couple issues with the bathroom. The front desk staff accommodated us quickly

I booked this hotel because of the hot tub on the property, the hot tub was filthy and was cold. The water in the shower would not shut off. Room was not very clean.
