We booked two rooms, three night stay. First night got in town late our room the shower didn't work the person at the desk suggested at midnight he give me a key to go down to another room shower and go back to our room. Asked if we could just switch to that room instead of lugging stuff back and forth after a long drive there couldn't do that the room wasn't cleaned. So my reply was no thanks that means bathroom not cleaned can you have maintenance come in the morning. They did come the next day got it fixed. The third night there, in pool and hot tub. Fire alarms go off, my family in the other room was still upstairs getting ready. Panic set in had no keys no purse was poop had to evacuate whew false alarm. Nope fire alarms continued to go off all night literally from 10 pm - 4 am we were exhausted and had long drive home. Clean on arrival, tubs definitely older and yellower but clean. Housekeeping always gave clean towels if you asked. Breakfast was ok, the hot tub very slippery almost fell several times put towel down to get out safely by stairs, definitely the hot tub needs repairs tiles missing but nice heat and pool was great kids loved it. Would never recommend nor stay again. Disheartening as Comfortable Suites are usually very nice

There was a fire alarm that went off during the middle of the night Monday into Tuesday. It first sounded at about 0300am, and continued intermittently until nearly 0600am. It turned out to be a false alarm connected to the elevator. I would like to comped the room rate for that night due to sleep disturbance. Thank you.

It was a bad stay. The fire alarm went off at 3:45 AM and continued to go off sporadically for the next 2 hours. The breakfast was bad, and the internet and cable in my room didn't work. I asked about this to the front desk staff and was told that the internet sometimes doesnt work in the rooms far from the lobby. I also had a light that would flicker constantly, and the light above the fridge had a faulty switch that I had to press an object against to keep off.

It was a nice stay. Our room location was perfect. Close to everything. The sheets are too small for the beds so we had to keep putting them back on. The beds were comfy. We would stay again.

The room TV did not work. The cable box was broken. They did not have a suite available to upgrade me to the same equivalent room. They said they were gonna give me a discount. They never did a choice. Privilege member and have been here frequently, but have been really unsatisfied with the quality of the room And the honoring word. Integrity is a big thing and it’s too bad.

Needs a deep clean and retouch
The hotel is very worn. Tiles falling in at the hot tub, paint chips in the stair wells, the hotel carpets are dirty, the elevator is quite dirty, our room had hazy mirrors and wasnt wiped down, the bed spread wasn't clean, the shower floor was stained and the walls were dirty. Everything needs a deep clean. Also the blow dryer didnt work

Took forever to check in. Placed a large hold on card. Room was dirty. Shower was dirty. Toilet lid was busted and shower just leaked a dripped all night. Ac wouldn’t work through the vent to the other room.

Good people, ok amenities, bad room.
Service was great, desk staff were polite and super helpful. But the room was kinda gross, not gonna lie. Like the floors got your socks dirty immediately and there was a slightly musty smell in the air. Breakfast was good, pool was decent. But the room was not good and at the end of the day, that's the most important thing. Matress was ok but the sheets didn't fit. So that was cool, kept falling off and such. TV in the sitting area didn't work, but we didn't go to the hotel to watch TV so that's not the worst thing that's ever happened.
