Front desk needs to make sure they give out the same information to the guest, at least be on the same page and not contradict themselves. I asked the same question three times about parking, check out time and fees and i received two different answers about parking for an ev, two different check out times and the last one simply didn’t have a clue what to say about the charge of parking per night on site or amount of the incidental hold placed on the credit card upon check in.

In the days after my trip, there have been several different charges to my card that I have no idea what they are. About $100 total. And I have no way to view an invoice or anything to try to figure out what they are. We were careful to avoid charging anything to the room.

Kevin at the front desk was awesome. Condition of hotel is not as pictured but was sufficient for 2 night business trip. Lots of parking but spaces are small (compact size). More parking around the back but did not notice a rear entrance to the property. I had a room on the 6th floor facing the highway which was pretty noisy. Did not eat at hotel restaurant.

Rooms are outdated and not overly clean. Lobby area is nice. Pool area is dirty and not well upkept. Pool is very cold and hot tub is warm but not hot. Hotel is not willing to accommodate any level of customer service for stays. Booked through Expedia and hotel was not refundable, which should have been a red flag. Booked 4 nights but unfortunately was 1 day off on the dates but they were not willing to slide reservation. Would not work with me or Expedia so I paid for 5 nights when I stayed 4 nights and was out before checkout time on my last day of stay. It was my mistake but highly disappointing there was no attempt to help the situation. Hotel is not great, which is why I suspect they book non refundable. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

The onsite resturanut staffing needs to increase. Friday night it was packed, slow service throughout. On Saturday morning for breakfast their was literally no staffing, one disgruntled worker finally sat us only to ignore 4-5 attempts to get her attention to ask a question. QC needs to do a review of employees for sure. We walked after 5 minutes of no eye contact!!
