The hotel is so convenient to the international terminal, especially if you have a morning flight. Room was clean and a good size. We booked the room with the airport view so it was nice to watch the planes at night.

This is the only one out of two hotels closest to the departure area of Sydney International Airport but Rydges gets the nod for the room size, value for money, and ease of checking in & out.

Nice room, comfy bed, rainfall shower, and a TV with the ability to cast from your phone or iPad! The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied with a pancake machine, toastie station, fresh juice, and even avocado and dukkah for toast! Incredibly convinient to get to and access to Sydney trains just out the front door.

Our stay was overnight to connect to an international flight the next morning. The evening stay was fine. However, departing the next morning was another matter. At about 8.00am only one lift was working to exit our floor on level three. The numbers built up as the only lift working was full. We had to eventually take the stairs to the lobby. The staff were completely indifferent to the lift situation and barely acknowledged us and our concerns. Also Smithy's Bar for breakfast was not open despite being advertised as opening at 6.30am for breakfast. Very poor morning service from a hotel of this status.
