Poor experience

The elevator was broken. The room on the fourth floor shook when the AC compressor turned on. There was a $17 charge for parking that was not included during the booking. There is no reason to charge for parking when the hotel is half empty and there are so many other choices in the area. Stay somewhere else.

I won't stay here again

This hotel is ok. The problem we had was the parking. They charged 17.00 a night for parking which is ridiculous! The front desk said it was because it is on airport property but the hotel next door doesn't charge parking. It is simply a money grab. Also, one elevator was out of service so the wait time to get to your room was also ridiculous. If I had the information in advance that I would be required to pay parking I would have stayed elsewhere.

If I’m paying for a room, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. Staff was great. The low number of stars is due to having to pay for parking. I only selected this hotel because they had an early shuttle to the airport for a 6:00 AM flight. The elevator in the middle of the hotel was out of service, which made getting to my room more difficult. If I had mobility issues that would have been a problem.

The suites are very well laid out. Bed is comfortable. The shower is a nice size. I didn’t have a chance to explore the property and I checked in late and had to leave early. Will definitely stay again when I return to Denver.

Ok but due for deep cleaning

Hotel overall was nice, however the room I stayed in had dust on the lights, there was hard water and mold build up in the shower and on the glass reveal around the glass framing. The dryer was broke but quickly replaced by personal. The mattress has seen better days, there were intentions and due for replacement. Headboard had finder prints on it.

The room had a bad smell, we opened the windows but smelled like something was rotting no matter what we did. The pullout couch was uncomfortable, no fitted sheet for it. The bathroom shower shelves had soap scum/mold on it, was clearly not cleaned fully. Disappointed we had to pay for parking with our rental car. The Airport shuttle was handy, breakfast was decent, internet was fine.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The tv wasn’t working properly, the sound would go in and out. The signal went off completely my last night there in the middle of a movie. Room was clean and quiet at least.
