Definitely not a good stay. The bathtub was dirty. The water wouldn’t go down. There were stains in the towels. The room was very dirty. The pool area was also extremely dirty. There was mold and hair from others everywhere. Will not ever go back to this hotel.

We were supposed to stay but my wife got sick, she took the Covid test and so I called the hotel and explained to them what had happened and I tried to reschedule our stay for 8 days out and was told by Expedia that it would cost me an extra money to reschedule my stay. It didn’t matter if my wife was sick or not!

Kind of gross
The bar offers no food, the pool was too dirty to swim in, and the plumbing was poor (some public toilets were backed up and gross). This hotel needs a lot of help to get it up to acceptable standards. The one odd exception is that the room itself was really nice, clean and spacious.

Family stay for Parade of Lights
We always come to this hotel for the Parade of Lights. We have been coming here for over a decade. They gave us a wonderful room with the view of the parade. We really appreciate it. Check in was easy, and valet was great.

Expedia did not cancel the first reservation and did not book a new date as promised via phone call even though I received a confirmation for the new changed reservation date. The hotel personnel did find a room for us and worked with Expedia to sort out the details. Kudos to the staff--not Expedia.

This place is very convenient. The breakfast area is quite decent and always refilled and cleaned up for you. The pool area is constantly being mopped to stay dry. The front desk is very helpful. There are cabs nearby, rentable scooters and a free bus for 16th street.
