Maid knocked on door at9:00 am as we were dressing. We left for day at 10:00 am. When we returned at 4:30, room had not been cleaned, bed made or fresh towels provided. We did call and received towels quickly, but for a Hilton to not clean a room is a bit off. Also thin torn shower curtain with no liner that did not even cover full rod. So water all over the floor. I expect more from a Hilton.

For the price paid, the hotel room was sub par. I was given an accessible room which is fine except the water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, had to use multiple towels on the floor. The power outlets in the bathroom did not work, the power outlets between the beds also did not work to charge my phone. Lastly, the air filters in the bathroom were extremely dusty.

I put my laundry outside my room at 10pm on Friday night. The laundry ticket says “in by 8 am, back by 6 pm.” When it wasn’t picked up by 8:10 the next morning I tried to call the front desk. No answer. After breakfast I called again and was assured it would be picked up, cleaned, and returned to my room by six. When it wasn’t returned, I called the front desk. A man then came to the room with my bag of dirty laundry saying that it had to be in by 7 am and that’s why it wasn’t done. Aside from being quite rude, he was contradicting the paperwork and ignoring the fact that I had put it out the night before. We’re in the middle of a cross country trip and getting the laundry done along the way is required. As Hilton Honors members we were incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced.
