The pool was closed and there was not any type of notification beforehand. Thisbis something I looked forward to when booking my stay. The other issue was my sink was stopped up. The staff did offer to move me, but the issue is I cleaned and sanitized the room upon check-in and I just didn't want to have to do that again. It was just a disappointment all around.

The property is a nice old school hotel. Smallish rooms with a 1970s feel. Large facility with ample open spaces. Paid parking to a third party was an absolute shock and completely inappropriate for the location and availability. Elevators were difficult to operate. Keys didn't work

Disappointing
We boooked 2 rooms. The first room we got assigned to had some sort of drying fan set up in it, obviously cleaning up from something that happened before. So they switched us to another room (after first wanting to just remove the fan and have us take that room because they said they were fully booked). Then the TV was broken in both rooms we ended up with. They were able to fix one of them the day after we checked in, after several disruptive visits to try fixing TVs in both rooms. Then the faucet fell off the sink in one room. The comforter in one room had some sort of food crusted on it right at the top near the pillow - yuk. Room only stocked with 2 towels for 4 people. Breakfast was cold. We asked to speak with the manager and were told he would call back, but he never did after 2 days. Last trip there, I ordered room service and it never showed up (although they charged me and I had to contact them for a refund later). Convenient location across from CSU, but really just not well run. We'll go to a different hotel for future visits.

Hospitality Galore
Great location close to visiting our daughter and centally located in town for the activities we were participating in! The property was well maintained and staff especially Jay at the front desk was very accommodating when I needed to call to verify type of room and needed a change to a different floor! It was quiet and a safe neighborhood to be able to walk to campus and downtown from.

Parking was 15/night, which was a bit steep and was not (as I recall) on the booking site. Hotel lobby is updated, rooms clean, and it's a convenient place for CSU access.

The Hilton is beautiful and very welcoming. The receptionist was wonderful, very nice. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Checking out was face and smooth. We will stay here again!
