First i had a room with hair in the bed, floors and tables were covered in sode and what looked like cigarette ash to get changed to a new room that at least the bed sheets were clean i had to clean side tabled and bathroom sinks and doors myself. There was what appeared to be dried juice or pop on the floor which i cleaned and mopped up myself. I also had to wipe black filth from by the door handles to and from bathroom. By the kitchenette area was food and grease which we had to clean. I realize i could have gone somewhere else but after a 16 hour drive and my family desprite to stretch out and relax cleaning was the easiest option. We were there 3 days the maid service doesnt bring you fresh towels or empty your trash. We had to take towels down only to be told i give you what you bring me by a lady whom obviously wasnt trained in customer servise. Our reservation was for 3 ppl not 2. As we were leaving i watched as no maid but Instead its a handy man that was caring for the rooms i watched him make the same beds up from our first room. No sweeping or mopping was done just the bulk laundry cart was pushed into the door. So i can see why my room was in such deplorable state. Its sad the place was quiet and most of the other staff was friendly and welcoming. Its a sad shame though when you cant wven get a clean room and the heater coolers in the room were disgusting that should also be address as after an hour or so my kid was having allergy issues. They need to do better
Very rude personal saying they only accept credit cards for deposit no cash accepted at all at this place. Then when checking out they dont automatically give deposit back when leaving they just say it will be there in 3 to 5 business days, and thats when you find out your not getting your deposit back
It was a terrible experience. We had to go elsewhere for accommodations. Mold in shower, Loud guests , pot smokers outside door creating pungent smell.
Will refuse to refund you your nights if you can’t keep your reservation even though in their policy it says they will keep one night of reservation, monies, then refund the remaining nights.
