We enjoyed our stay at Keio Plaza Shinjuku. It’s great for family with kids. Their One Piece theme event was very special for my 14-year -old son who is Lufy’s biggest fan. The captivating pictures on the walls, the character dining experience, plus the collectibles gumball machines just made his stay that much more memorable. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and is very delicious. We also tried the beef tasting dinner menu at their Teppanyaki restaurant. The meat was cooked to perfection. Overall this hotel provides top notch service with friendly staff who speaks English relatively well. I also like that we could book the airport transfer bus (1400 yen/person) that stops in front of the hotel, so that we can avoid walking in the summer heat. The list of goodies seems endless. Last but not least, we can enjoy the mesmerizing light show at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building where our room on the 25th floor in the South Tower is directly facing. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place for everyone!

The hotel and room was very well maintained and extremely clean however, it is the spectacular service I received which truly made the trip memorable. Such a kind, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is convenient and easy to access public transportation. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The view from the lounge on the 45th is amazing, we were up there when it was raining with lightening and it was impressive.

Hotel staff was rude - did not permit us to sit in the lobby despite every chair having been taken. Room has carpet stains and seemed dated. Beds were very firm. They up charge for all amenities such as pools. For Japan prices, extremely expensive.

Amazing service at this hotel. Room could be a little bigger especially for large bags. Train station walking distance the breakfast buffet is amazing. It was great variety and plenty to eat. This is a wonderful stay recommend it to anyone.

The property was in a general area, especially for shopping and different ethic foods and coffee shops. We frequently used the in-house restaurants located downstairs. The food was great; it's just that they serve the same buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price were reasonable. The staff were very helpful and could speak English. I would recommend Keio to family and friends. Thank you for making my stay pleasurable.

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo is our home away from home whenever we visit Japan. This was our fourth stay this year and we will return in December. It's about 10 mins walk to the main Shinju area, but we enjoyed the facilities like the lounges and airport limousine, etc. The staff in the lounge welcome us back every time. The Premier rooms are spacious and include use of the Premier lounge.
