This is an amazing hotel. Top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food was unbelievable. Definitely do breakfast and try the tempura. The bars put so much care and effort into the drinks. The views from the sky lounge are incredible. I will 100% be back.

Having breakfast at Jurin did not feel like having breakfast at usual hotel chain. Staff service is poor, keep on staring at guests when they are eating, breakfast buffet has limited choices for the price paid, not worth it.

I often heard that Japanese hotels have small rooms, but I was very satisfied with the spacious rooms here. And the staff is very friendly and professional. However, it was a bit inconvenient to walk to the Shinjuku shopping mall or department store.

Traveling with children so they can’t wait to eat at proper time but hotel wouldn’t allow us to feed them food or snacks anywhere except outside or in the room . We already checked out so couldn’t go back to our room . We paid to stay at the plaza lounge because our flight was at night but couldn’t eat there also except waffles that they sold. Not children friendly hotel.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
This hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed for our first time in Japan. It was clean and quiet and the room was spacious. The rooms are a little bit dated but this did not deter from the comfort of our stay. The mattresses were a bit firm so that may be bothersome to a few folks but I was very satisfied overall with our time here!

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately marked by several significant problems. Upon arrival, we were moved three times due to a persistent cigarette odor and ozone, which is used to remove cigarette smells, in both the rooms and the surrounding hallways. We had to haul all our luggage between two towers to be met with 3 rooms smelling like cigarettes. Despite waiting over an hour to be reassigned to a room that was supposedly free of the smell, the issue persisted. While the manager claimed no odor and insisted it was a no smoking room, a busboy later confirmed that the smell was present, adding to our frustration. We had to settle for a room smelling of cigarettes. The condition of the rooms was also awful. There were noticeable stains on the floors and the furniture was chipped and scratched, giving the rooms a worn-down appearance. The Expedia listing photos made the room look modern when it was very run down. Additionally, the mattress was collapsed. It was concave like a bowl, which caused us back issues. In terms of service, when we requested a complimentary late checkout due to the inconvenience of being moved multiple times and waiting over an hour to find a suitable room, we were told this would incur an additional charge, which felt unfair under the circumstances. I will not return to this hotel due to the cigarette smells, the unacceptable condition of the room and bed, and the staff's inability to remedy the situation.
