The breakfast was great! The room nice. When I checked in I had to put a deposit down for incidental which was fine. I have called. Multiple times and told I will be getting refund. It’s been a month and I have yet to get it. I left the room in great shape. There is no reason for not returning my deposit.

Cost 56 dollars for Valet Parking. 37 Dollars for over night lots. Hot Tub was out of order and extremely dirty. For the extra cost could of stayed somewhere a lot nicer

Valet does NOT park 2500 pick ups or bigger, be prepared to pay for public parking daily if you drive something similar, public parking was cheaper than valet anyways, but the public parking is extremely limited and not very spacious for these types of vehicles. Overall, it was a fantastic experience staying here. I understand there isn’t much they can do about the public parking. Everything was conveniently close & within walking distance to tons of shopping if you’re a tourist. The hotel was clean, safe, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious.

Average hotel overall. Could have been cleaner. The free breakfast ran for a long time and had a lot of options. My only issue was we booked a room with a "mountain view" only for our room to be changed when we arrived to one that gave us a view of a building roof instead. If we had gotten our original room, there might have been a bit of a view; but even then, we were in the middle of the city so maybe not. Just be careful if you're looking at paying more for a view.

Mostly all good, with a con or two
Excellent location, nice amenities, comfortable bed, huge room! Breakfast was great as well. Unfortunately, booking through hotels.com got us a view of roof top fans on a building and nothing more. We were also not offered the “welcome bag” seen given to other guests. At no time were we offered information on why it’s better (or not) to book directly with hotel. The breakfast was well picked over and out of waffle mix when my adult daughter went to eat, although it was still during offered free breakfast hours. The room cleaners were exceptionally kind and very patient as we encountered a language barrier. They all deserve a raise!!! Valet was also amazing folks! Definitely would recommend to others!

Everything was great, and clean. They had dishes and utensils in the cupboards. Liked that they had dishwasher and dish soap. The cons were not enough toiletries and the bed comforters were very damaged.

Shower was nasty with messy caulk job all around the rip. Curtains were digital and one was broken so wouldn’t shut and there were a lot of bottoms that didn’t explain how to operate. Windows don’t crack open at all. No movies or guide on TV, just flip channels with varying volumes. No pay movies. Room had only one wash cloth upon arrival for multiple guests; so called for another- they said they would send but didn’t so called again next day and they did. No parking- vallet only which is $56 and they send tons of links to your phone to tip them but don’t even open the door for you.

I really enjoyed that after i believe 8 or 9 you had to have a room key to het in the building. And to go up the elevator you also had to have a room key. Made me feel like my family was a little safer in the downtown area.

Hotel was in a convenient location. We were able to walk to shopping mall, restaurants and fireworks. Work out room was above average as well. Free HOT bfast is always a bonus!

The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean however, there was no fan ventilation in the bathroom. The view from our room was very good. It was very quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. The breakfast and dining area was kept extremely clean. Parking is not included and is ONLY available by valet parking. There is a lot located across the street for about $30 less than valet parking.
