Hotel Valet Parking is a scam. Look for alternatives. There are parking lots that are very close to the hotel. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and agreed to park overnight on the day I checked in.I parked my car in public parking for the next 2 days. They charged me for all the 3 nights with our my knowledge. There is no paperwork or consent for this parking. I am fed up and tired calling the hotel front desk and manager and talking to them about this. Apparently some third party manages this valet parking.They won't reveal or check camera footage. Valet parking manager called back and said he would not argue about it. There is nothing to prove and their fraud system shows records of parking and pulling the car out for the 3 days.

Great staff, my wife left her purse with $1500 cash and documents and the housekeeping staff with integrity turn it to management and i was able to get the purse back with everything in it, this really means a lot to me their integrity from everyone. i will highly recommend this hotel.

The outlit exploded when we plugged in our phone charger. They did offer to move us into a different room but it was late at night and we didn’t want too. Management never spoke to us about the damages to our property or to see if we were okay.

Nice Denver hotel
Great room - nice and spacious with a separate sitting area. The front desk and valet employees were all very friendly. Nice bar and a decent breakfast. Parking was too pricey but it’s downtown, so pretty typical. Great location close to the convention center- we could see the blue bear from our window- and walking distance to the 16th Street Mall, so lots of dining options.
