The room was exceptionally clean. The facility was extremely clean. The only thing that was wrong with our room was that the coffee maker had all the ground where the water was and I was unable to call the front desk. Their phone system isn’t the best but other than that, the room the area everything else was perfect.

Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping didn't come. Big wet stain on the floor, sink was plugged, and a fridge that didn't work. No hottub. Was getting fast wifi speeds with 50 downloads. Breakfast was worth $8. Room was quiet but we were also in a corner.

The Hyatt is the best
Been to Denver 7 times and every time I stay at the Hyatt pena station. Perfect spot to catch the train to every thing and the hotel staff and food are amazing

Front desk horrible
Everything about hotel was excellent except for check in. I arrived at 1:30 am as planned. When I got to the front doors they wouldn’t open because of the time. There was someone who was sitting at front desk area in pajama pants with her head down in front of the computer screen. She saw me when I approached the door and payed me no mind. I honestly didn’t even think she worked there because she was ignoring me and had pajama pants on. I thought she was someone using one of the complimentary hotel business computers that was right next to the front sleek. She finally acknowledged me after I rang the bell and knocked on the door. She buzzed me in, didn’t say a work to me. No “hello” or “how can I help u ?” Finally I broke the ice and said hello, can I please check in She didn’t say another word except when she asked for my ID and credit card. Everything else was great and I’d return if I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with the horrible front desk
