The staff was really helpful on my stay. I did ask so many questions and they were able to answer all my questions with no problems. Room was really clean. Nice feel. I did get the fourth floor which was really awesome. They can work with you depending on what floor you want to be. I wanted it to be on the 4th floor and they were able to help me out with no problems.

At first glance the property and room looked very decent and clean. But something with the towels and bedding made skin react like the feeling of fingers on a chalkboard. I know this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault as I have unusually sensitive skin, but then when I left a couple items there they said that they must’ve mistaken them for trash.

Not so good, very disappointed and angry with hotels.com. I was charged $131.75 but my print receipt from the hotel was $104.72. I spoke with hotels.com concerning the discrepancy and was given excuses and told to suck it up buttercup. Very unprofessional. Suggest to book direct with the hotel instead of being cheated.
