was put in a room were the WIFI work sometimes as well as the TV it was down for 24hr the room was across from the stairway and the door was not seating so made a metallic noise each time people went in and out along with a slamming. Asked if i could be moved as i was there for 5 days, fell on deft ears. if your just spending a night and do not need WIFI or TV the property is off the interstate

We were put in a smoking room when we booked a non smoking room. The person at front desk refused to change our room until a manager came to the property and we explained the situation to him, only then we got another room. In general horrible experience with this hotel. Never staying here again and don't recommend.
