We ordered room service that never came. I called ahead days prior to inform them that there was a birthdayin our party. I was told they were going to do "something special" there was nothing. (Unless that's what the dried up booger on the wall was for) The staff was not helpful, understanding or kind with check-in. The room we were in (a king suite) had a dried booger on the wall, and there was trash on the floor when we arrived. The bathroom sink was dirty. Valet was wonderful though! Incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Our room was very dense of any extra anything. Down to a trash can liner. The toilet ran after flushes and then would run just randomly. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The Omaha Nebraska Magnolia Hotel was amazing. Denver did not compare for luxury of any kind.
