The area was heavily populated by the homeless. The food was great, staff friendly, howver there was no fridge unit, microwave or a bathroom fan in our unit. There was a fan oustside our suite that was annoying trying to sleep. Also, we faced into other suites with no view.

Great stay in the downtown area. Harry’s was great, and the cookies and milk for guests is a nice touch. Even had our room upgraded to deluxe king for free. It was our first time in Denver, and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city.

This property is located downtown, close to transit. Not many dining opportunities within the block. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

We stayed at the Magnolia several times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay. This time it seems the hotel has to have been worn down. Our first day we notice a petroleum smell on the elevator and when we got to the 7th floor the whole floor had a sense of smell that seemed like burnt plastic. Our room had a particularly strong smell coming from vent. I stopped at the front desk and mentioned this to the staff and was told the would have maintenance check it out. We never heard another word. We ran into a hotel staffer in the hall way and mentioned smell and got a shrug from maid. We were disappointed to be ignored and will consider another hotel on our next visit to denver.

I specifically reserved a room with a tub and a view of the mountains. I received the exact opposite. The room was absolutely basic. A hotel of this rating should be offering more for the price. Their "breakfast" was a joke.
