Very unhelpful staff. They all had a bad attitude. My toilet was clogged and no one came to check on it for 3 days even though I made several requests. They only clean your room if you ask and I had to request on 3 different occasions to finally get it cleaned. Breakfast was only a waffle, no juice, milk or bagels. I couldn’t take being there any longer so have moved out to a nicer hotel.

When we went to our room, the TV did not have signal. The person at the desk came up and tried to resolve it without success. She changed our room which was conveniently located across the hall, After that everything was OK. The continental breakfast was very limited and not very good.

The stay was ok. The hotel does need some work. The toilet wouldn’t flush in the middle of the night but decided to fill with water in the morning. The bed was ok. You could tell it had seen better days.

The hotel is old and worn. Broken tiles and towel rack in bathroom. But the towels and sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Ok for a night or two.

It was very noisy, you can hear doors slamming all hours of the night, the clerk that checked me in wasn’t very helpful just made it feel like I was inconveniencing him! The room was good, plenty of hot water (didn’t have an adjusting shower head) and the AC worked great!

Property is in much need of repair. Breakfast options were extremely limited and low in nutrients. Trouble sleeping due to noise everywhere. Why was our phone ringing in the middle of the night? We paid way more than this hotel was worth.

Pretty bad
Very nice help staff, but the place is pretty beat down. Not very clean, hair dryer holder hanging off the wall (I fixed it with basic tools), baseboard missing, old haggard carpets and furniture…. Usable if in a bind but you can easily find much better option. Do not take single queen rooms next to the elevator. Mechanical banging noise all night long.

When I entered my room, it smelled like smoke. I was given a new room but noticed that the majority of floors in the building smelled like Pot. The breakfast described was NOT what was served. Breakfast was basically waffles and sugary cereal. The hotel looked overdue for remodeling, and we changed hotels for the rest of our 5-day business trip the next morning.
