This beautiful and charming carriage house is an 1880s Victorian-style brick carriage house, separate from the main house, located in the marvelous and highly sought-after West Highland’s North Denver neighborhood. The neighborhood is ideally situated just west of Downtown and close to all major highways, allowing you to get to the mountains and the airport in a mere 30 minutes.
There is a separate gate entrance to the carriage house, so you feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. The living area has a 48-inch flat-screen SMART TV with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those needing to do some work. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Guests have access to a private patio, which is lovely for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a nice dinner and wine in the evening.

A Denver B-Cycle station is just around the corner, so you can rent bikes and ride to any of Denver's attractions. This charming neighborhood offers a mix of restaurants, shops, and markets, all within a peaceful and secure environment. There is access to public transportation in one block.
