Top notch place for sure. I did have a problem with a birthday card that mysteriously disappeared when my room was cleaned. I never did get any answers from the front desk.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and love the location. We are able to walk to Ball Arena which is extremely convenient. Highly recommend walking to Tom’s Watch Bar before hitting up a sporting event! The hotel is clean and everyone is super nice. Make sure to just use the valet. It obviously costs more but it’s much easier than trying to find a parking spot on the road or walking from a parking garage that’s 2 miles away.

Perfect for going to an event at the Ball Arena
We came in during snowstorm Nov 8. From the moment we pulled up, the valet was wonderful. So polite & helpful. Front desk gentleman was so kind and ready to get us to our room as quickly as possible. We got to our room & it was sparkling clean! Quiet all weekend. We came to go to Nuggets vs Mavericks game. Perfect location for any event at the Ball Arena. Less than 5 minute walk!

The hotel was clean, had good breakfast, and have nice employees. It didn’t have a pool and had ton of traffic around the resort. I would recommend staying there if you going to the ball arena or something downtown.

Best location
We recently attended an event at Ball Arena, and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel and location. The valet parking at the hotel was $50, but it provided a secure option, so we felt at ease. The hotel's prime location meant we didn't need to drive anywhere else or incur additional parking fees.
