Wonderful stay, excellent and hospitable staff that went out of their way to answer questions and correct any issues. Nice breakfast everyday and happy hour was nice on Monday and Tuesday during our stay. Convenient location to many things. Thank you so much!

The location is not very safe. The sink is clogged, and on the first night, I reported that the room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. However, the front desk said no engineer was available to assist. The kitchen is lacking utensils and has only a limited number of pots, and the dishwasher is dirty. Additionally, the shower handle in the bathroom is broken.

Mostly good. Terrible TV.
The room was very nice, the kitchenette was well stocked and better than I expected. The bedding was very nice. I would've really liked a tub. The mattress very firm, the couch was underneath the TV which is not super functional, and worst of all the TV was extremely basic. Nothing special such as streaming svcs, nothing even standard like a guide channel, just a handful of regular channnels you have to flip through one at a time. I was also very surprised to learn how much parking cost. There was nothing about that when I booked it and it would've been super useful information to haven't

Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and the maid service was very good. The suite was well equipped with the basics. The area was walk-able to the civic park, which held the Christmas market and also to multiple shopping areas and restaurants.

Overall, it wasn’t horrible. The staff seem to be OK. The facility itself seem to be clean, but the parking is absolutely terrible.. also they had a pipe break on the same day we got there so wasn’t able to use the hot tub or the swimming pool which was the main reason we booked the hotel not their fault but still very unfortunate for us.
