We did find this hotel to be louder than expected. Slamming doors and noise above us. The breakfast was fabulous though. A shuttle to the airport was helpful and convenient. The staff is very friendly.

Very pleased with my stay at Tru. The rooms were cleaned and the bed was comfy. The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast.

Stayed for a night due to layover. Very unpleasant stay. Lobby smelled like cigarettes. Room was tiny and uncomfortable. No bottled water. Beds felt like cots, very uncomfortable. We asked front desk to hold bags because our flights weren’t until later that day and we wanted to explore Denver, and they told us they could only hold them for 3 hours. So we called the Marriott next door and they offered to hold them for free all day. Cannot recommend a single thing about this hotel.

Concerning issues
My flight from Nashville did not arrive to Denver until 12:40 AM. I called ahead to ensure I could still check in as Hotels.com stated that no check ins after midnight. The front desk was very accommodating and allowed me to check in at the time I needed. I was handed a bottle of water at the front desk, which was also very nice however things took a turn after that. I fell asleep around 2 AM and then heard someone trying to access my room at 3 AM along with a bunch of stomping going on either above me or on the same floor. I then woke at 6 AM the alarm clock going off. At that point, I called the front desk to alert them to what was going on and requested a late check out and they agreed. Apparently they forgot to tell that to the cleaning staff because I was then awoken at 11 AM to somebody knocking on my door. Another cleaning staff member then approached my door at 1 PM asking me when I was leaving and by then I’d had it. I am absolutely exhausted and will be flying back out later this afternoon because I was only here on an overnight to pick up my daughter at some point during the night or morning there was a second attempt of somebody trying to open the door to my room and luckily I had put hanger Connecting the lock and the handle so that that was not possible

The blackout curtain was removed… appeared to be torn off and never replaced rm 205. The room was brightened with the parking lot lights. Slept only 3 hours. Made mistakes associated with sleep deprivation the next day.

Clean and easy shuttle services
I stayed one night recently. This was my first time staying at a Tru Hotel. It was clean, the breakfast looked generous (I had to catch an early flight so I didn't eat), the coffee was good and the shuttle was much appreciated! The hotel uses soap dispensers that would be difficult for anyone with arthritis in the hands or poor grasp ability.

For some reason the entire time I stayed. I was shocked every time. Whether it was pressing the button for the elevator or when I placed the key card to unlock the rooms door. I was always electronically shocked. I had to resort to multiple methods just to not get shocked. Otherwise the stay was great.
