The facility was very clean and great staff. Really liked the options and quality of breakfast. The problems I see are related to maintenance. We had a broken lamp at one side of the bed with a phone that did not work. We found this out when trying to call in the lamp problem. The room was dark because we were also missing a lamp on the desk (the front desk told us). To wrap up the maintenance issues, the sink drained slow and the show curtain holder, one that curves out, was angled down.

Was charged incidental fees at $20 per night on check in that I was not aware of. They told me it would take 5-10 days to release it back to me. It’s been 14 days and that money is still tied up. I won’t be staying there next year.
