Palms Resort #2315 is a full two bedroom, two bath condo with pool views from the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms are spacious with king size beds. One bath has a tiled, walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. Gorgeous furnishings, flat screen in the living area, sofa bed, your own washer and dryer, and a lovely pool view completes this beautiful unit.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area.  There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system. 

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals. 

Seasonal shuttle to Public Beach, Destin Commons, & Harborwalk Village. Henderson State Park at a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Cleanliness is horrible
My overall and experience from this vacation resting at palm Destin resort is the cleanliness. Upon arrival there, the first master room were dirty. Sheet were not change and also blanket. It was old and dirty. Blood stain on the sheet. Called real joy CSR and ask to send someone to clean and Change but the answer was told “ we have to wait 4pm. We got there at 12pm so if the room is not ready, why let us check in? I pay 1000’s of dollar and wasn’t expecting this! The inspector that they sent to come over were having bad attitude/gossip behide customers and kept saying “we don’t wash the blanket every time but only once a month” ewwww DISGUSTING! u serious?!?!? Everyone would like a clean room with clean sheets and blankets. Ofcourse common sense! Never again I will use real joy to book any room for my vacation. I I’ve never experience any bad cleanliness and worst CSR like real joy vacation treated us. I’m so disappointed!

This is a very nice listing at The Palms of Destin. Amenities of a condo but also the amenities of a resort. Very nice pool with plenty of chairs. Shuttle is also nice. Central location. The 2 kings and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 3. Unit was very clean and had all the basics. I will say it was more sparse than other VRBOs I have stayed at for example no Kleenex but we all agreed we would stay at this listing in the future. RealJoy was great to communicate with and the process to check-in was very smooth. Listing is as described and photographed.

Summer vacation

Nice view of the pool
I liked that it had security walking around and garage parking so that your vehicle was not in the sun or if it was raining. The property had a restaurant indoor and outdoor that you could eat at and a bar to order drinks by the pool. The pool was very big and nice. Wish they had umbrellas because there was very little shade to get out of the sun. I loved this unit we stayed in because it was at the end of the hall close to the elevator which was close to the pool when you got to the ground floor. The rental company was great and very quick responding. Would definitely go thru them again
