This is a great property. Once I booked the property, I immediately received a confirmation and my dates were blocked off immediately. I had attempted some other properties whereas I had booked but 2-3 days, I received notice the properties were not available for the dates I selected. But with this property, everything happened simultaneously and was secured expeditiously. I received all the necessary agreement, instructions and entry information within 2 days. There were not any delays. The owners or representatives stayed in constant contact via email. Our family even received a complimentary pecan pie to go along with our Thanksgiving family dinner. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a hassle-free booking Destin FL vacation. Great Job you all!!

We came here for a bachelorette party with 9 girls! This house is everything you need & more! Everything was a quick golf trip or cheap Uber. The pool and hot tub was AMAZING! Patrick, Mitch and Christy were the absolute best with communication, etc…. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool is fantastic! We did not opt in for the golf cart but the consensus of the group decided next time we would. Short trip to the beach and the crab trap is right there for some good food! Spacious but great layout for a large group. We had 13 and easily fit. The two fridges is great for extra space. Definitely the best property in the neighborhood. Would recommend

Great location, fantastic pool area, great layout of house, all the amenities you need. Just bring food and clothes. Minor issues with cleanliness (cold air returns are nasty), several kitchen cabinet doors are loose, several door knobs on interior doors need to be tightened. Overall great experience would highly recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house was big and all the bedrooms were furnished nicely. The only thing was the layout. All the bedrooms were downstairs and the kitchen and living were upstairs. Was really odd.

This is a beautiful clean house with plenty of room for our family of 7 and all the amenities you’d need! The owners/property managers make everything easy from check in to check out and to the amenities provided! The house is in the perfect location and a quiet neighborhood, located within walking distance or a short golf car ride to the beach. We have no regrets
This was a beautiful property and pool. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. My entire family came from everywhere and we rented a total of 4 houses. But this was the "go to" house for everybody. The beach was beautiful and it was great to shower off outside and jump in the pool. We also loved grilling and sitting outside by the pool. The rooms were big and comfortable and accommodated all 14 of us. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Beautiful 5 bedroom home with a pool and close vicinity to the beach (10 min walk). Loved it!
This property was perfect for our family. We had the flexibility to chill at the house by the pool or make the 10 min walk to the beach. The beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen is large and had all the required pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. There was also extra refrigerators in the garage which was useful for our group of 14. The home has a lot of natural light. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have cleaning supplies available, including a broom. Our 1 year old dumped the remains of a box of cereal and we had no way to sweep it up. There was a vacuum, but it did not work well (might need a new filter), it blew the crumbs around and did not suction correctly. We would definitely return to this property for future vacations!!

One of the best we’ve rented
Our family had such a great time staying at No Regrets in Destin. The house was very clean and tastefully, but minimally decorated in a coastal decor. Very comfortable for the 12 of us. The bedroom configurations worked out well for us. We had 6 adults and 6 children (ages 11 to 22 months). On the first floor there are two master suites, a double Queen room and a bunk room (2 bunk beds and one fold out bed). These worked out great for the two younger families with kids to sleep on the same floor. The 5 older kids loved the bunk room and the baby slept in the double Queen room in a pack ‘n play. There is a large master suite (grandparents got this one), family room, full kitchen, large dining area and powder room on the second floor. The kitchen has a good assortment of dinnerware and cookware you need to make your own meals (except the food). We spent the mornings drinking our coffee on the second floor wrap-around porch on the rocking chairs. Outside in the back is a gas grill, bar and a spectacular pool with jacuzzi and tanning shelf where we spent most of every day and some evenings. Ten minute quick walk to the beach not crossing any streets. The house has an outside shower to wash off beach sand before going into the house or the pool. Three car garage has two extra refrigerators for food overflow and drinks for easy pool access. We appreciated the vinyl flooring throughout the entire house that was easy to sweep with all the sand that seemed to follow us home from the beach. Good contact and timely response with property managers. We have rented many houses in different parts of the country and this house ranks up there with the best.
