Relaxation is calling at this 16th floor Miramar Beach vacation rental condo. Begin your days by overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from your private, furnished balcony, then spend your evenings with your toes in the sand. With two shared community pools, a shared hot tub & multiple onsite amenities, this home has everything you need for your next Florida getaway.

Drive a few minutes east for some local favorite dining options. 8 minutes west is Norriego Point and its snorkeling. Henderson Beach State Park is 7 minutes east.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pelican Beach Resort is currently undergoing construction. This vacation rental will be unaffected except for construction noises. From March 20, 2023 until May 26, 2023, the walkways will have work being conducted, but you will still have access to your vacation rental.
The Pelican Beach Resorts Gulf-front pool will be closed until June 10, 2023 (weather permitting) due to balcony construction. Walkway construction will also take place from October 1, 2023, until February 1, 2024.
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Run far away!
The listing needs updated terribly. I could see the unit needs updating but it could still have been clean. The carpet is in horrendous condition with large stains (new and old stains) throughout all carpeted rooms. We did not walk barefoot on it. The wrought iron kitchen table left rust marks on the carpet. Looking back at the reviews I can see people have complained several times about the carpet. Obviously, Vacasa did not care enough to get it replaced or even shampoo it! I took pictures and sent to Vacasa. No response! Will NEVER use Vacasa again. The bathrooms smell moldy. We had a hygiene liner for a swimsuit stuck to the railing of the deck. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out. Something smaller but important if you have small children, all cups were glass. Not ideal for families.

It was OK, not great, but the price was right so It worked well for us.
The room was nice, the refrigerator was brand new and worked well. It was clean, the view is great and the location is great. However, the beds were not comfortable at all and the blanket on the beds were like a thick extra sheet. I would recommend bringing blankets with you if you are driving. For as inexpensive as It is, It worked well for our needs.

Just okay...
There was no cable, and I sent a message that was never answered about that. The refresh needs replaced. We had to take off a part of inside door, so it would stay closed. And freezer didn't keep our ice frozen. Only gave us 2 garbage sacks for 6 nights. Master bath could use a better curtain and replace the rod with a curved one for more room. Also, add a hair dryer. It was clean and nice enough.

This was a great location. The carpet was older and there were water stains in the ceiling, it was a little bit musty. But the view was amazing and the location was amazing.

Great location, decent place.
The location of this rental is great. We were steps from the beach and with three children ages 3, 7, and 10 that is a big necessity for us. Only one pool was open at the time and the weather wasn’t the greatest so the small indoor pool was crowded but my kids didn’t mind a bit. That isn’t a reflection of the room just the Pelican Beach Resort itself. They only had 2 of the 4 central elevators working so that was a bit of a pain, but again it was manageable and didn’t bother us terribly. The room itself was spacious enough for myself, my husband, and our 3 children. Our oldest slept on the couch (pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable) and the younger two in the twin beds. While the place is a bit outdated that didn’t bother us. We aren’t there for fancy, we’re there for the beach and vacation. My only complaints would be: There was mold in the bath knobs to turn on the water and in the shower heads. This likely can be cleaned with a little bleach or vinegar and if not should be an easy, relatively cheap replacement. We noticed a lot of dust on the ceilings, the baseboards, the curtains, and crumbs along the floor boards. Outside on the balcony there was a leftover trash bag hanging from a light with used cigarettes. Not a huge deal since it was out of reach of the kids, and the view truly was great, but should have been cleaned. The place could use some paint touch ups and a good, solid deep cleaning and I think it would make for a perfect stay.

Great location, beautiful beaches
The location is fantastic, beautiful beach views. Nice pools. Unit was nice but very outdated, dirt covered fake plants, musty smelling and not clean other than counters and bathrooms. Brown stains on the furniture, walls and baseboards had stuff spilled. The rug in front of the kitchen sink is actually stuck to the floor. I did receive a refund on the cleaning fee. I was told that extra time and cleaning is being done due to covid and that is very untrue. Staff was very nice.

Rooms are nice and has a beautiful view. The beds are horrible, the elevators are hot, ask for inside rooms that are not on exterior walk way if you have kids or someone scared of heights. I'd come back. Just letting people know how to book!

Great view
This property has an awesome view. The unit was very clean, but a little dated. Some repairs are needed. Notified VRBO and assured repairs would be taken care if, but they were not. However contact with them was easy and satisfactory. They are adding a new pool , which is right on the beach. We enjoyed our visit and would book this unit again.

The property was excellent, but the unit was poorly maintained. The carpet was filthy, should have been cleaned, some of the molding falling apart. sofa upholstery needed to be cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms were fine.

We had a great time staying at this unit. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner in the balcony. The kitchen is equipt with basic necessities so we were able to cook . The unit is clean. The resort is conveniently located. Two things this unit needs- more towel racks in the master bathroom and the balcony chairs need to be cleaned. Black spots noted ..

Great location / slightly dated apartment
The location was amazing. Right by the beach. Also a lot of restaurants and other attractions near by . The sand was just beautiful and the ocean was clean and water temp was perfect. The condo bathrooms and kitchen were dated . Also cleaning crew did just an OK job.

Great location directly on the beach.
This is a large condo tower. For an October stay it was nice and not too crowded but I wouldn't want to stay here in the high season. The condo itself was basic but clean and offered a great view of the ocean. The beds, however, were awful. Unless you like extra firm mattresses, sleeping may not be easy. Overall though, good place for the value.
