We contacted front desk twice about issues with the TV when we first arrived and also an employee name Shekeria texting me promised to send someone to take a look at the non-working TV, nobody ever showed up. We were without TV the entire stay. Worst stay ever. We've been a long time fan of the Home2suite but will consider stop using their service.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a short distance to the beach. There seemed to be a mix up on the days our room was cleaned (every other day) as no one came by. We went to the desk to ask for the items we needed which was really no big deal. We set the used towels and garbage outside and they were picked up. The room was very large and we loved the kitchen area. The outside tables could have been wiped down more often. Overall we were happy with the stay.

The reason why I stayed here was because this hotel provided breakfast. However, this hotel was out of milk, creamer, cream cheese, paper towels, coffee cups. It was so unorganized. We stayed here a week and everyday they were out of something. This is a big chain hotel and should be more prepared for their guest or don’t offer breakfast.
