Welcome to our happy place Endless Summer! Our newly renovated condo is perfect for your vacation.

This exquisite Beach Front condo is the perfect vacation getaway! Located on the ninth floor with breathtaking views of the beautiful turquoise blue green gulf and crystal white sand. Sitting on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee, you can watch and hear the waves of the ocean. Such a beautiful view and sound.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. We have two different coffee pots, regular drip and a keurig. The granite counter, has a large breakfast bar with an expansive view of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool! As well as the phenomenal gulf view, when water is calm you can see the dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. A king bed in the master suite, two twin custom bunkbeds, plus a new queen sofa bed in the living area, the condo is spacious and comfortable.
A full master bathroom and full guest bathroom. In our guest bathroom we have add a gorgeous frameless shower, that adds to our beautiful upscale look.
We have also added beautiful New vinyl floor throughout entire condo for extra comfort.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We have the first Zero Entry Pool in Destin! We also have TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, EV CHARGERS, and a newly renovated fitness center, sauna room.

We also have tiki bar by the pool and beach, also an onsite cafe and sundry shop. There is large sundeck around the Zero entry pool for catching some rays.

Our resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with the best restaurants and shopping. Children’s activities, water-sports activities and a vibrant nightlife.

NO animals allowed in this unit, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book our unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $300.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condos.

Great Unit - Responsive Owner
The room/condo itself was great. The owner was very responsive from booking to throughout our stay with any questions and concerns we had. The view was amazing. I loved the unit and would consider booking again. The main issue we had was not related to this unit at all, but the complex itself. There was broken glass which shut down the beachfront pool and bigger hot tub. Yes it happens, but it was closed from Sunday to Friday, with nobody doing anything after it was drained for days. The other hot tub was full every time we tried to get in and the other outdoor pool was shaded throughout the afternoon. They were much more concerned with checking arm bands than fixing closed/broken amenities. Again, Julie was very responsive and understanding, 100% not her fault, but unfortunate they don't have a better process in place because this was an issue for our stay as we chose somewhere with a heated pool and hot tub after coming to Destin early October and knowing the uncertain temperatures and then our kiddos (and us) couldn't enjoy or even use the amenities we selected this location for - otherwise it was a clean, nice unit with great views.

Impromptu Getaway
BLESSED!! We booked last minute and Julie, the property owner, was great. Excellent communication, from the booking process, to checking in, to even a friendly glass of wine. The unit was everything that was listed and then some, it had everything you needed, it was our home away from home. Clean, comfortable and breath taking views. The location was perfect, from the unit itself to the Pelican Beach resort amenities were an added benefit. Close to anything you would need or want. We will definitely be back!! Julie, thank you for making our impromptu vacation amazing!!!

Not kid friendly
Very disappointing, my husband and our two children (3yr & 9 months old) stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The apartment itself is in a great location in regards to proximity to the beach but the unit was not clean. My 9 month old was crawling and picked up a sizable amount of marijuana that was left on the floor from I'm assuming was a previous tenant. Thankfully I saw her pick something up and start planning with it before she could ingest it, that would of been a whole separate issue. I contacted the unit manager and she didn't seem to understand the severity of the situation.The floor was so dirty it left the bottom of everyone's feet black. I ended up having to Uber to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and spent a good two hours out of my vacation to clean the unit appropriately. The manager could have at least refunded my cleaning deposit and reimburse me for the cleaning supplies. I would not recommend a family with children stay here.

Great, clean, comfortable condo!
This condo was great for my son & I. Communication was great and the owner promptly replied if needed. The pool area & tiki bar were also very enjoyable. The owner has put a lot of thought into making her property feel like home. Everything you need should be in the condo! The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because we were very disappointed that we were not allowed to sit our chairs up by the water. (This is completely out of the owners control.) We are huge water people & when we are at the beach we want to sit & enjoy the view. I would NEVER sit in front of paid rentals, however the first day when I went down to sit up my beach chairs the La Dolce Vita worker pretty rudely informed my that if we didn’t pay for chairs we had to sit behind the 3 rows of paid chairs. It kind of ruined it for us to just have a view of the backs of chairs. The second day I waited until about 3 pm when people started clearing out and sat right on the waters edge and while I was out swimming I noticed the worker had come & stood right next to my chair to again tell me to move. I have been bringing my kids to Destin since they were babies & have never had this happen to me. Had I known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else. It’s sad because it’s a great condo. If you don’t care about that there should be no other issues!!

This was the perfect room for our escape to Destin! Owner was very easy to communicate with and the room was clean and well decorated with plenty of amenities including beach chairs and toys! The oceanfront view was amazing and we would definitely come back again!

Great family vacation
This might have been the last real family vacation we get. Between our son graduating and going off to college and our daughters’ travel sports schedules. Destin was a great choice. Lots of activities for all ages. Our commons areas of the resort showed some age and wear. But our living area was beautiful. Great balcony view of the beach and gulf. The pools were crowded but manageable and everyone was pleasant. Julie, our host, was fantastic. We never met her but communications via text and email were 2nd to none. I would book a future stay in one of her homes. Thank you for the great memories Destin!

We stayed here for a week in July. The pictures for the unit are beautiful, but when you walk in the unit, you are just amazed, it is beyond beautiful! Beautiful views, the condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Julie is the perfect host we could not be any happier with our stay. The sand was white and soft. The beach was warm and clear. The pools were crystal clear, and the Tiki Bar was great. I could get my grandkids non-alcoholic pina coladas! We made wonderful memories and had the most amazing time. We will be back!

We stayed here with our 2 boys ages 5 and 8 and it was the most perfect location. The condo was gorgeous and was furnished with everything you could ever need! We ended up extending our stay because we didn’t want to leave. It truly felt like home and Julie was the best host. We will be back!

Beautiful room and view
We had a great trip to Destin in late April. We were a little nervous the weather would be chilly but it was perfect. The room was great with a beautiful view! There were plenty of extra blankets and anything you could need in the kitchen. It was nice that there was an umbrella and 2 chairs to take to the beach so as not to pay the fee on the beach. The zero entry pool was great. My 5 year old son loved it! Also it was in a very convenient central location. We probably could have walked to some places but found it easier to rent a car. We were rught across the street from the wayer park but we didnt get to enjoy it as it only open in off season on weekends. The track down the street was fun. The rides were good for small children. Having the tiki bar was also very convenient and the pizza from there was the best!! Will definitely stay here again. And the owner of the condo was very nice and responded quickly to any questions! Overall wonderful experience!

Spring Break 2024
This condo is exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean, great style, and the location was prime as well. Having direct beach access was a plus (and the view from the balcony was amazing!), and all 3 pools were great. The tiki bar was a great bonus! The guests all around us were also very good to be around. For our first time going to Destin, this made it memorable and we loved every minute of it. We will be back!
