Amazing overall. Pity the sauna was always cold, and the steam room was off.

Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours. No food close by. Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours. Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items. Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst. Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city.

I like the vibe and room setting. It’s chic and comfy. This is my first time to stay with a Langham hotel which has exceeded my expectations.

Second stay in the hotel. Satisfied. with all services used. Your can offer a centralized laundry and or laundry services for guest to complete their washing at a more reasonable pricing.
