Bay of Plenty Region ski resorts

Big/spacious clean rooms and bed especially for a family of five. Great location just outside the hotel are shops and restaurants also near the playground.

Great place. Lovely helpful people on reception. Great place . Easy to access.

Villa has a nice feel including french doors of bedroom. Bath was very nice and place felt private even tjough connected to another villa.

Overall the property was excellent. It was let down by the quality of the bed. When staying in such a new complex i would have expected a lovely plush mattress. Instead we had a thin mattress that showed and felt every spring. It was not a comfortable night sleep. For that alone we will not stay again.

Very comfortable and in a central location to walk to all of the local amenities

The property is very nice to have an excellent view of the lake. Safe and quiet.
