Canary Islands winery accommodation

Great value for money, has everything you need on site and it’s close to las Américas roughly 10-15 minute walk ended up booking an extra 4 nights upgraded to room with roof top balcony well worth the extra bit of money

Room was very spacious and hotel grounds were well maintained pool bar and restaurant were also very good

Amazing attention to detail! Extremely clean, admnd has everything you could need. My only major concern was there was no lock on the balcony doors, and a very low balcony wall, so there is a very high risk for children on the higher floors. PLEASE fit locks on balcony doors!

Really lovely relaxing stay. Beautiful hotel with great facilities - multiple pools, beach access, bars. We enjoyed the spa and saunas - lovely way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Food at the hotel was great. Bags of choice and lovely fresh seafood and fish along with a good variety of veggie and meat options. A la carte restaurant pizzas also really worth checking out. Room was a great size with lovely view and a sun terrace with loungers (superior double) if feeling antisocial! Only thing i would change was sun terrace night light can't be switched off. It didn't disturb us but it would be a fantastic view of the stars if it could be switched off... Hotel is separate from any others so not much choice of alternative dining or activities without at least a 10 - 20 minute walk (which can be along the beach in some directions). A great place for some sun and relaxation.

Very good, rooms are s bit dated and could do with an upgrade

An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat.
