Great place close to everything

All good for one night stay

Great location, rooms very small but everything thats needed is there, if you have mobility issues then this place is definitely a no no as you do have to crawl over the bed to get into covers and slide yourself down to the bottom to get out. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is very clean, i had no issue with outside noise but did get woken in the early hours of our last night there by people gathering on floor talking and laughing but thats not the fault of the hotel. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, if you dont mind small spaces then this is a great place for a Galway break.

The bellman service was top notch, the food at the Pullman was such an experience, and the grounds and decor are so beautiful.

The hotel's location is perfect for proximity to parking and for exploring the city on foot. The property has been significantly renovated and we were given a room upgrade at check-in by Rosallele to one with a view over the garden and adjacent river. In all we had a wonderful experience and will be returning.

We upgraded our room, so it was fantastic. The courtesy car driver was absolutely great! I think the hotel could work on its housekeeping…you don’t get refills of anything, creamers for coffee, salts for the bath, or even toilet paper. I would stay there again, but breakfasts need to improve.
