County Galway winery accommodation

Arrived was treated by friendly staff, 2 ad 2 kids got a beautiful big room with balcony so spacious. All staff were great. We didn’t arrive till 6 so we know kids couldn’t go to pool as they would have to be out by 7, but this morning went down at 9.45 kids in pool 1 min to be told they could not be in there, there was a baby class at other end and contamination with nappies. I asked why was there no notification about this for to be shown a sign that was left on a still behind the counter stating something else until it was turned around. Residents need to be notified about those time at check in. Had to upset boys leaving , it was his confirmation all he want was pool and kfc which was beside. I have to say when I talked to receptionist this morning she straight away offered me a late check out so kids could use pool but we had arrangements made to meet family. I would definitely go back as we are planning to do for our child’s communion in 4 weeks but will make sure of those pool times so everyone is happy

The hotel location is ideal for a lone traveller close to all the major attractions easy access and the staff was very helpful.

Galway was just another big city. Wish we had not planned 2 nights there. We loved the little towns best.

We enjoyed our stay in Galway. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was Great and staff there was Exceptional.
