We lives out trip to Havana and especially at Hostal Balcones Muralla. Jorge was great at welcoming us and making us comfortable. He also was great with this restaurants recommendations. He made us feel comfortable and gave us good tips about the city. The staff was always nice with us and wanting to help. Breakfast was a great experience. Nothing fancy but very tasty. The neighborhood was great too. We felt we were part of the real Havana life. It was a bit noisy at night but if you are light sleeper, bring some earplugs. We feel it’s the case in every parts of the city and only the 5 stars conventional hotels would be quieter. We loved our experience and we will recommend it to all our for friends.

8min walking to main plaza and access to tourist area. Very clean hotel.

Great hotel after the renovation. Cozy and stylish rooms. 3 minutes walk to Plaza Vieja. Caring staff who do everything to make your stay comfortable. Recommended.

Best hotel ever!!! We so grateful for their help because we originally rented for 4 of us and we are 5!! Including of course our 3 sons! This hotel is super safe and friendly with kids, the staff great giving advises and helping in everything, the breakfast delicious, the cleanliness top quality… the best of the best this guys!!! Thank you so much and coming back for sure!!!!

Villa Teresa, and it's staff were fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending La Villa Teresa to anyone visiting Havana. It's about a 15 minute drive from Havana Vieja, and there is a nice restaurant just across the road.

Room lovely, breakfast very good, Robert was extremely attentive and helpful.
