Hotel is just next to the station and very convenient for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Staff are very friendly especially Ms 有川😊 she was very polite and helpful with always smile. She helped everything we need. Excellent customer service and will definitely recommend to everyone!

We stayed in the traditional Japanese room. The room was exceptional. The river view from our private outdoor bath was relaxing. The staff was attentive. Service was top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet, rejuvenating stay.

Great onsen and breakfast was better than expected. Location not far from Takayama old town.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very convenient as we could walk less than five minutes from the train station. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and the huge bonus is that they also have a onsen which was welcoming at the end of each day. Breakfast was delicious and you could rent a motorized assisted bicycle for ¥500 for an hour or ¥1000 for three hours… it was amazing to do this and explore the city on the bikes. A big thank you to all the staff.

Very close to the train station. Rather new hotel with very nice setup. The rooms are bigger than maybe what you find in other bigger cities in the rest of the country. Nice onsen which is not too busy when i visit.
