Have used the Hotel room to write an exam and as requested it was quite and the followed the instruction to make the room exam ready.

Everything was great, they sent free shuttle for us at the airport.

The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent overall. However charges for cutlery, minibar and car service was more expensive than necessary. Loved the morning buffet and amazing friendly staff

Fabulous stay at the Serena - I can't think of a more secure hotel. Firstly the English and Pakistan cricket team followed by an entourage from the Czech embassy meant security was always incredible tight. Staff were super friendly and the food at each restaurant was very nice. The complimentary mobile phone was also incredibly useful when out and about. Would certainly return if I'm ever back in Islamabad.
