All was great, liked the property and the value it adds to the city and its attractions. BUT, the staff is focusing TOO MUCH on other things rather than the pleasure of their guests. I saw a lot of formality and lack of genuineness. The staff is not trained ( my personal opinion) on diversity and miss-judges people based on their own assumptions rather than trusting the guest’s credibility. Again I say, The property is great.

After a long flight from Houston found another home. Excellent facility - Staff is well trained/professional & courteous. Much better then other 5 Stars Retro 70's Hotels in the City. Breakfast Buffett is spotless clean and along with lot of variety. Surely coming back again......

Please avoid this property they overcharge and the receiption guys are really rude. Avoid this property rather stay at pc or movenpick which has a 5 star service, this is not even a 4 star.
