I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pearl Continental Lahore for six weeks, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in the hotel's warm and welcoming ambiance, making me feel at home right away. The staff at Pearl Continental Lahore are truly exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests are commendable. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk team, who always greeted me with a smile and efficiently handled my check-in and check-out processes, to the housekeeping staff, who maintained my room meticulously, their dedication was evident. Special mention must go to the concierge team, whose local knowledge and helpfulness were invaluable. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, ensuring I experienced the best that Lahore has to offer. The restaurant staff also deserve praise for their impeccable service and culinary expertise. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect sanctuary after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-speed internet, which was crucial for my work. The attention to detail in ensuring my room was always in perfect condition was truly appreciated. The hotel is outstanding.

After a long flight from Houston found another home. Excellent facility - Staff is well trained/professional & courteous. Much better then other 5 Stars Retro 70's Hotels in the City. Breakfast Buffett is spotless clean and along with lot of variety. Surely coming back again......

Everything was excellent , except the corridors leading to the rooms - there was a damp smell - 5th floor

Very pleasant experience! Service was great and so was the staff. Ikram and his staff at Tajine dinning hall provided great service and the food was excellent. Food was fresh and no issues eating uncooked food for overseas travelers. For room service dining, the staff was able to make accommodations for seasoning and salt. Laundry services were very efficient and did a superb job! The location is next to MM Alam road, which is very convenient for shopping, and a very central location at the heart of Gulberg. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and would be looking forward to stay there again!
