Want to say that this is most exceptional stay  that  that  i have. Experienced  in all my travels The Classic  Luxury style and  the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly  befits the Ritz Carlton brand as seen In the photos ,  but it is the staff that have made my 8 day stay  so memorable.Each mender of the team that  I  have  met was  friendly, welcoming and no request was  to difficult In particular want to  mention  the outstanding  service offered  by the  Club lounge team   Hasnain , Stanley , Joy and Jess .  They went way and above their duty to ensure  that my Vegetarian dietary  need where Also want to mentionThe Concierge team. Carter , Rachael  and Robert  for also providing and exceptional  service that always went above and beyond there duty to help me with my requests Finally i would like to mention Zoey ( quality assurance manager  ) who was always   Joy to chat with and also. Made me feel welcomed Want to say thank you again for the wonderful experience  during my stay in chengdu I highly recommend The Ritz - Carlton Chengdu to any person visiting Chengdu

This is a perfect location central to all of Chegdu, and easy waking to the people's park, Tianfu square and the pedestrian streets. Hotel staff excellent, room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic accommodation!! Perfect for a group of 3/4

Was upgraded to a suite which was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location near the river. Can I suggest a signage at the glass door? A sign at eye level will be helpful...before the Maan coffeehouse as I passed by it without realizing it is the entrance.

Good stay, clean room

We stayed an extra night so Expedia is asking me twice to leave a review so please see my previous review that says this is a fantastic fantastic place in the middle of everything with beautiful rooms and facilities and just enjoyed a visit for a good price.
