Amazing place

24 hour staff at front desk was great. Very clean and safe. Location is very convenient. I love it so much that I will be staying here again in early 2025.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, a big mall is next street and you are next to the bus station if needed. Also there’s a metro stop two streets away. The rooms are simple and the staff very nice. It’s a good option if you are visiting the city

Was a bit far out from Benidorm, if you gad children it would be great through the summer, it gas a big theme park at the back of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Excellent self service breakfast and evening buffet.

Very short stay , two nights, to join a recently bereaved friend also staying in hotel. Reception changed my room , without me asking, to let me stay in same block as friend . All contact with staff was excellent. Room was fine and spotlessly clean . Could not fault this hotel and would stay again. Excellent.
