Disappointing
This is an incredibly outdated hotel. No updates have happened in decades it seems. Old style, old furnishings. Balcony door didn't lock. They wouldn't let me check in early. I understand that it isn't always possible but at least offer to contact me when my room is ready. They just said come back at 3pm. I sat in the lobby and watched others be checked in before 3pm. I wanted to grab coffee and maybe some toast from the onsite restaurant and they said it was either the full buffet at 18 Euros or nothing at all. Where is the service mentality? The cleaning staff were also very slow and/or disorganised. I put my please clean this room hanger on my door and came back 4 hours later and no cleaning. I then had to leave for another 2 hours so that I didn't get in their way. Even after all that, they were still cleaning when I got back. If the signs don't mean anything to the team, don't have them. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Included breakfast was amazing! The rooms though clean were quite outdated. The bathroom definitely needed update with cracked tiles and few amenities. The bed was horrible. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. Walking to old town was easy. Buses and metro within one block.

We had a lovely stay at the Turia hotel. Couldn't fault it. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was good and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was located walking distance to the important sites of the city. The metro and the buses were vlose by. Taxis available and close by the hotel. All in all a good experience at the hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great experience staying here. Just outside all the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to walk there or use public transport.

Good hotel in an ok area.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Vieles ist renoviert und es befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren sehr kurz (190cm) und der Duschvorhang war auch nicht so schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist recht zentral aber das direkte Umfeld leider nicht so sehr schön. Ich würde aber trotzdem nochmal buchen, da es mir insgesamt gut gefallen hat.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean but very outdated. The wifi was horrible. We were there for a conference and i had to do some work, as well. The wifi was difficult to connect to and kept cutting out. The air con also broke. It was fixed the next day, but was difficult to get through a full day without it, as the tempos and humidity were high during our stay.
