There was a roach in my room (I have photo evidence), and because I booked through expedia, theyre giving me 1 night in hampton points. Which, this is the first time I booked a hotel in YEARS because I don’t have money like that to travel. The front desk lady on Sunday morning told me the owner could issue a full refund, yet I’m getting points on an account I’ll never use.
OH but if I contact expedia for the refund, they’ll take the point back. I know damn well hampton makes PLENTY of money, so tell me youre going broke as a business without telling me youre going broke as a business at that rate.
