We were unable to use the pool. There was a group that took it over, was aggressive with anyone outside the group, and made it completely off limits for other patrons. The onsite staff was intimidated by the group and declined the multiple (8 separate guest rooms) complaints. Rooms were relatively clean, service was below average.

This place was a pleasant surprise! It's a newer property and the lobby was well lit, comfortable and inviting. Check-in was easy and the front desk attendant was friendly. My room was spacious and clean. It was very much like a studio apartment, with a separate sitting area and small kitchenette, complete with dishes and a dishwasher! The beds were adequately comfortable. I was able to adjust the heat to my liking. The shower provided nice, hot water and the drain worked well. Free Breakfast was on the higher end of the spectrum for a hotel continental breakfast. Along with the expected Waffles, bagels/toast/muffins, cereal, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs were cheese omlettes, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, and oatmeal with a wonderful bar full of topping for it! Decent coffee and a nice variety of hot teas. Area was attended to and clean. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again

The stay was okay. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Had trash still leftover in the room. Some things in the bathroom need fixed but didn’t hinder the use of the bathroom.

Nice, at first glance.

Be sure to read the fine print. Pet fees are not charged until checkout. If you have to leave because of other unruly guests letting their kids run through the halls at all hours and waking up your small children, don’t expect more than a shrug and a “sorry”. Initially thought this was a decent place to stay, but only on the surface. Look around before you spend your money here. When there was frustration over being unable to communicate with a housekeeper who didn’t speak English, the reply was that they could relay whatever I needed if I just told the front desk. Not exactly convenient.

2nd year staying at this property

We chose this hotel because last year we were so impressed with how nice it was. This year some of that shine was off. There was hair all over the bathroom and nail clippings in the carpet. The shower dripped all night and then wouldn't turn on in the morning. The sheets didn't fit the kids' bed very well. Overall the cleanliness of the room could have been better but the beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The staff we encountered was all very nice and helpful. The location for the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village worked out great and its in a nice area. We will stay here again.
