Lovely service upon check in. Room was noisy and trio hazards in the hallways. Not a wink of sleep was had. Brought this up with staff only to be lied to. Wouldn't recommend and they had better refund my money today in full

We had a lovely stay. Our original room was located at the road side, we requested a quieter room and they kindly accommodated our request and moved us straight away.
