The staff was friendly older property smaller rooms with excellent stayed here before severaln years ago. My only complaint is that the room keys had to be reset 3 times and my husband and I had them in protective sleeves.

Our stay was ok. We had to stand in line for about 40 minutes to check in. The room was decent, everything seemed clean. Items in the room were a little worn like the desk and dresser. The tv was very small. Chair in the room has stains all over it. If you want to park at the hotel you are forced to valet which is $40 for overnight or the valet told you there are garages around you can find for yourself. they park your car in the overflow lot and it’s a 15 minute wait at least to get your car. We went down to ask the reception for a luggage cart and the worker stared at the screen then pointed down and said downstairs. We asked about the process for checking out a said we need your cards and then walked away. If I had a choice I wouldn’t pick this hotel again, especially for $300 for one night.

We had a great stay and a beautiful room with a view of Canada and Detroit!!! The hotel has a beautiful lobby and we were able to get food late and pay at the desk!

Although Detroit is no longer the same as it was in the 80s, I was quite surprised by the city. It is very clean and absolutely organized. Don't expect to find stores or even a mall in the city center because there are simply no exist!!! 😱 just buildings and lots of restaurants. All of them are very clean and well organized! The people from Detroit seemed very welcoming and friendly to me.

The room had double doors for the bathroom which was annoying and not private. On the table there was no lamp, just a power strip and an alarm clock that was flashing. The alarm clock was so old it had a connection for an Iphone 7 on top of the alarm clock. I think a lamp with electrical and USB ports is the least the hotel could do for what they charged
