Had to wait a very long time with my children when checking in. I’m a single dad. Give us a food voucher because it was close to dinner time. The restaurant up stairs wasn’t open and my youngest child was too young to eat in the bar down stairs. So we tried to use it for room service in the am of next day but I got hung up on three times so we had to leave the hotel( which costs a fortune) starving. I Would never stay there again

I love the children’s motive in the hotel hallways it brings me to my childhood. I enjoy staying that I do not need to step out to get into the malls access it so easy I can walk early morning while stores still closed. I feel safe while walking around for a laps

Time to upgrade this hotel.
This is a tired old property that needs a remodel. My room had a single USB port on a lamp that wasn't anywhere near the nightstand. The bed was comfortable, but the room was cold and damp. A much better desk chair would have been nice.
