The only issue I would say was the swimming pool (indoor) felt like a sauna and when I mentioned that to the front desk CSR and the reply was "She will inform the service tech but they weren't to report until after 3pm. The pool is open until 10pm so my thoughts were, if the Service Team had other priority jobs to tend to before the pool area that meant I would not have been able to use the pool because of my checkout time the following morning. So you're paying for a service that you're not able to use which I think at reserving a room or checking in you should ask the questions what all amenities are working and if they're not working when will they be up and running and if they're not then to give a discount for the customers to stay there without having to use all the amenities.

Check in was easy and our room clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the pool. It was indoors but very small. The water had a green tinge and was cloudy. The lady at the front desk said it was because it was a salt water pool. That made no sense and we did not venture into the pool. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

I loved the hotel it was nice the breakfast was amazing beds was nice it was close to everything you needed and wanted the only thing I did not like was the staff and how the acted torch my son if you have a child with special needs or sensory problems I highly recommend not staying at this hotel they will make it harder on the child and your self

Everyone we came in contact with were so Kind! We felt nothing less than Welcomed. Travleing with a family of 6 from texas to florida can be tiring but our stay here was worth it. Will definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem near GPT Airport
Cordial and witty. The front desk clerk gave me a smile after an 11 hour wait for a flight that was then cancelled. The rooms are spotless, all "suites" with couch and comfortable bed with huge tv. Bathrooms are larger than normal and the width of the "hall" in the room as well as the bright lighting reinforced the sense of space , security and cleanliness The water with lemon was still cold at 2am. Breakfast was ample and selection/variety to please all. Close to airport, slightly hidden but well worth the price
