Great location near Dillon lake, mountains and ski resorts. This is an older property which is OK. The mattress in our room was way too soft and worn out. The in room refrigerator was noisy. Beyond that it was fine.

It was nice having a view of the lake and being so close to the amphitheater. Other people might not enjoy the music being so loud, though. Closing the window dampened the sound quite a bit.

Overlooking Lake Dillon, the views cannot be beat. Walk to the marina for boating or Pug Ryans for dinner.

This is an older facility that has been nicely kept up. The people above us left at 4:30am and we could hear them walking around. Nobody's fault but next time we would request a 2nd floor room. I appreciated a dog-free building, but saw people sneaking their dogs out in the morning. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful setting close to walking path around reservoir.

Found a gem on our vacation.
