"We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with tools to whip up anything we wanted. The wood burning fireplace was a lovely perk. We were pleasantly surprised how big the condo was. Would recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy Lake Dillon in the summer or skiing in the winter because the location was so convenient. Lake Cliffe E-305 is the ideal family getaway, perfectly outfitted for time together and time alone. At 1017 square feet, this spacious condo offers a wood burning fireplace (wood and supplies not provided) with cozy spots to read or relax. Enjoy the indoor and year-round pool and hot tub or just sit out on the deck overlooking Lake Dillon. North America's highest deep water marina. Condo is a free shuttle ride to the A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone slopes. What's more, we're just 11.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!
This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Property overlooks Lake Dillon and Gore Range. The condo is centrally located to all ski resorts and only a few steps away from the Dillon Marina, amphitheater, picnic area and bike trials. A short walk will take you to restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts, baseball fields, ice fishing on the lake and more.

Well equipped and located apartment

We really liked our stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was close to a number of the local attractions. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities unfortunately, but would definitely stay here again.

Did the job, but nothing fancy

The location was centrally-located to I70, grocery store, etc. The property was adequate, but nothing fancy. My only true complaint is cleanliness. There was trash & popcorn seeds on the carpet when we arrived. When I opened the blinds, there were bugs & spider webs. Radiators and vents full of bugs. The property is in more disrepair than the pictures lead you to believe. Lots of unfinished work (cords coming out of the walls, vents falling off the walls, pocket doors off the tracks). This property needs a handful of repairs and a deep clean. Needs more hooks for towels, jackets, etc. Also, the swimming area was run down and dirty. Again -- it did the job, but I would call it "adequate," not "exceptional."

Condo with view of Lake Dillon

The condo is located very near to and with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon from the balcony. The condo is a bit dated but in pretty good shape. It was warm in the condo due to a warm week and no air conditioning; opening the windows at night with fans going to cool it to a reasonable temperature. Kudos to the managers as they provided a few more fans upon request. Kitchen was fine. Laundry in the master bathroom functioned well. Main area of the condo was pleasant. A real perk is how close the Dillon Amphitheater is too the condo; easy listening from the balcony if you wish or easy walk to attend in person. Many good restaurants in Dillon and surrounding towns.

Amazing property, exactly as shown in the pictures. Unbelievable views from the living room, balcony, kitchen and dining room. Beds were very comfortable. Condo and complex were very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was lovely, exactly what we needed for a getaway to the mountains. Linens/towels fully stocked, soaps and shampoo available, plenty of cookware and dishes on hand. The location was perfect, and there is a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony. We recommend this stay!

Glad we didn't stay longer

Sheets and blanket on bed had several strands of hair stuck on them. Looked like they had not been changed. Work was to be done on capping a gas line at condo during our stay. This was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. It disrupted our plans. Condo should not be rented on days someone is coming in to do maintenance. Sign said to remove shoes. I do not walk around without shoes. Webs were all over the deck walls and ceiling making it not an ideal place to sit for a meal or even to enjoy the outdoor air. We did not have communication with property manager.

Great place!

If you’re looking to see a show at the amphitheater you can’t get much better than this location. You can hear everything very well from the balcony, you can’t really see the stage from the balcony because the view is kind of the side/back of the stage. Beautiful view of Lake Dillon as well. Place is nicely updated

Beware

To start, I was contacted 1 week prior to our arrival and had to reselect another condo. Apparently maint had to be done on the condo I had selected 2 months prior. The reselected another , Condo was dirty. Carpet in all the rooms had big stains on them in every room. All of the mattresses in the 3 bedrooms were sagging pretty badly, box springs were broken. Found multiple empty bottles of beer and Gatorade under the bunk bed. I called the property management co right away and expressed my unhappiness with this condo. Floor tile in kitchen was cut short leaving a large gap. Barstools were falling apart. Livingroom furniture was horrible so broken and lumpy. I was so upset I took photos of all the issues related to this condo I was so disappointed. My family was with me so we did have a wonderful time out in the community. Please beware when renting from itrips. If anyone would like to see the photos I still have them. Very disappointed client!!!!!

Great place!

We had a really nice 4 nights here with our family of 4. The roomy balcony with the fantastic lake view was a highlight. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Will stay here again!
