Although this hotel is advertised as smoke-free, I got a strong smell of smoke when I got off the third floor elevator. Then, my room smelled like a lifetime smoker had camped out there for days. The person at the front desk tried to tell me the smell was carried in on smokers clothes. I argued that, and then he basically said he cannot keep people from smoking in the rooms. I canceled my reservation and went to an actual non-smoking hotel. When I opened my luggage, the smell had followed me and I had to do laundry to get rid of it. I ended up waisting lots of time and money dealing with this.

This place was fine to stay for a short trip but I wouldn't come back. The place was clean but overall dumpy. Our shower head was coming out of the wall, there were cracks between the molding and the floor that you could see in, our sink leaked, our room stunk. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, very limited options. We could hear every movement from the floor above and it was very loud outside. you could hear trucks passing and very loud cars with bass and music. Not in a great area. I think there are definitely better options.

Worse stay EVER!!!!! We had to recycle four wash towels and two bath towels. We got excuse of breaking a broke chair in the room. The chair was already broken when we first got there my daughter fall right on the ground when she sat down in the chair. I should’ve said something about it but it was so late and the next day we were so busy getting ready for our event that we didn’t care about a chair. We were just there for showering and sleep only.
