This property was clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Great location if you are visiting someone in Wellington Regional Hospital but the flip side to that is that you are right in the flight path of the rescue helicopter.

As a place to stay after operation, it was very noisy. Guests making noise until 3.09 am in morning. When we rang the number for service we got no answer. The tea and coffee were not refilled on our second day there. The good things were that it was close to hospital, and a reasonable price. Very old and quite run down. The shower had mould in it and the sheets were not pressed.

Loved the facilities, the staff were very welcoming and informative. Some areas, like side and behind fridge, could do with a clean but overall cleanliness was good. Would definitely stay again
